The Swagman Escapee is Swagman’s most versatile RV-approved bike rack. It carries 2 bikes up to 80 lb each, (weight capacity is 60 lb per bike when being used in RV-approved mode), making it ebike approved. It installs into 2” hitch receivers on travel trailers, RVs, motorhomes and fifth-wheels. Locking zero frame contact ratchet arms secure the front wheel of the bike by the tire, making it safe for carbon fiber frames. The tire trays work with tires up to 5” wide, making the Escapee compatible with fat bikes out of the box. Finally, with the optional Ramp & Bridge (sold separately), you can make loading heavy, larger bikes a breeze by simply rolling them up into place on the rack.
